A ground-floor showroom in a prime location (typically 600β1200 sq.ft), visible frontage, basic service bay space, and the working capital required for initial stock, branding, and operations.
2) How much investment do I need?
Investment varies by city and showroom size. It typically includes display units, initial inventory, signage, tools, and working capital. Our team will share a detailed breakup after reviewing your location.
3) Is territory exclusivity available?
Yes, selective micro-territory exclusivity can be offered based on market potential and performance commitments. Availability will be confirmed by our dealer acquisition team.
4) Do you provide training and onboarding?
Absolutely. We provide sales & product training, basic technical training for service staff, and ongoing updates for new models and features.
5) What after-sales/service support is provided?
We supply genuine spares, diagnostic support, service SOPs, and warranty claim processing. Youβll also get access to documentation and periodic service campaigns.
6) What are the delivery timelines for vehicles?
Lead times depend on model and demand. Once your PO is placed and advance is received, dispatch slots are allotted and communicated with an estimated delivery window.
7) What marketing support do dealers receive?
Launch kits, brand guidelines, digital creatives, seasonal campaigns, and local event support may be provided. Co-marketing plans can be discussed during onboarding.
8) Do you offer finance/EMI options for customers?
We partner with financing institutions in key markets. You can onboard local finance partners as well to increase conversions in your territory.
9) What are the warranty terms?
Warranty differs by model and component (battery, motor, controller, etc.). Detailed warranty terms will be shared during the dealer onboarding pack and can be included in your showroom collateral.
